powermsgr.exe在系统文件夹c:\windows下
和c:\windows\system32\clipsvr.exe互为守护进程
这两个文件被标记为microsoft corporation powermsgr.exe被标记成电源管理程序
中了此“流氓”软件后上百度 Google搜索时会自动转向雅虎

清除方法：
进安全模式
把powermsgr.exe和clipsvr.exe删除
重启
(注意！clipsvr.exe文件于 WINDOWS\system32目录下 删除此流氓软件时先结束clipsvr.exe程序 然后再删除文件)
