电脑小问题!!

我家的机子不能玩小游戏!!不能上QQ宠物!!不能看flash 和短片!!一打开就有一个红色的小叉!!望各位帮我回答一下!!

IE阻止，或者Flash版本过低（这种问题不是一次两次的见过了，下面随便找个Flash下把）
