题目:冷冲模设计与制造
摘 要：分析了单向轴承外圈工艺性，确定了合理的成形方案：落料，首次拉深，再次拉深，冲孔，车圆弧槽，劈面， 翻边成形。设计了单向轴承外圈的落料冲裁模，由于本工件的精度要求不是很高，所以采用普通冲裁模就可能达到要求，本零件不难加工，本次模具设计提高了产品质量，延长了模具寿命。
