credit agreement 究竟指的是应收方面的还是应付方面的 debit note和credit note又分别指的应收还是应付？

credit agreement一般是指贷款协议，debit note一般是指收款，credit note一般是指信用证，保值单据。
在国际物流上，debit note 是在收款的时候开据的收款对账单，在外国看来就是发票，可以向国外付款。credit note就是贷方了，付款的时候用到的。
