意思类似，用法不同。
one.......the other为固定搭配，意思是一个是...另一个是...
如：one is immoral, the other is nonmortal.(一个是不道德,另一个是无道德）
the other one意思是另外一个
如：one question is easy, but the other one is very difficult（一个问题简单，但另外一个问题很难）.其中one指前面所说的“问题”。
