答案是B,为什么不选择A啊

where were you是表示状态的,当时(今天早上)的状态是在哪里.
而where did you go 一般表示短暂的离开,不能表示状态.

因为说的是早上，不是一个瞬间。所以要用一个状态来表示，不能用瞬间动词。
