UC知道word文档损坏,出现乱码,修改编码无效!求助!

今天上午使用WORD时 因为文件内容太多,导致文档卡死,结束任务以后文档出现乱码问题,提示安装文件转换器,但装了以后无效果.还是乱码,请达人赐教如何修复,文件非常重要.
2楼：修复出现如下情况。
EasyRecovery will make every attempt to repair the selected file so that it can be opened as a Microsoft Word document. Depending on the severity of the corruption, this is not always possible. In the event that this file cannot be opened, utilize the Salvage File to access your critical data.

没有存在U盘上 在电脑上处理文件的时候因为文件太大 导致程序卡死，结束任务以后

非常遗憾地告诉你，已经无法修复了。跟你的Office软件没关系的，这个你根本用不着修复 ，相信一定是你用了劣质U盘导致文件出错。
以后重要的文件一定要存在电脑上，比较安全
如果非要存在U盘上，那就把它压缩一下再存放
是乱码吗？试试用金山看能不能转换，我是不知道其他办法了，祝楼主好运

个人觉得应该重装OFFICE了
