11、售后服务
11.1建立客户档案：根据ISO-9001的规范及保持良好之商誉，甲方将为乙方建立客户档案以
随时跟踪设备的使用情况，保持节电设备运行的良好状态，并可应乙方的要求随时做出抽样检测报告。
11.2 甲方对节电设备提供终身维修服务，对照明系列设备实行前3年免费维修；对动力设备实行十八个月的免费维修。
11.3 对安装于乙方的产品免费提供相关功能及软件升级服务
12、不可抗力
如遇有无法控制的事件或情况（如火灾、风灾、水灾、地震、战争、叛乱、暴动或瘟疫等），若遭受不可抗力事件的一方不能履行合同规定的义务时，应在15日内以书面形式通知另一方，并由当地政府部门或者公证机关出示证明，双方可视具体情况决定是否继续履行合同、迟延履行合同或者解除合同，因此致使的损失各自承担。
13、生效及争议解决
13.1凡因本合同引起的或与合同有关的任何争议，双方应友好协商解决，协商不成，可向人民法院提起诉讼。本合同在仲裁和诉讼过程中，除双方有争议正在进行仲裁和诉讼的部分之外，其它部分应继续履行。
13.2本合同的附件为本合同不可分割的组成部分，与本合同具有同等法律效力并作为实际实施节能改造和结算审核的依据之一。本合同的附件包括：
附件（1）设备清单
附件（2）中国平安保险公司财产保险单(复印件)
附件（3）节电改造工程设计方案
附件（4）深圳市能华节能环保科技有限公司营业执照(复印件)
13.3 本合同及附件之间规定不一致时,以规定详细的为准或协商解决
13.4 本合同的订立、履行和解释,应遵照中华人民共和国法律法规及有关规定。
13.5 甲、乙双方用电报、电传、电话、传真发送通知时，凡涉及各方权利、义务的，应随之以书面信件通过特快专递通知对方。本合同中所列的地址即为甲、乙双方的收件地址。
