不是的 表示将来意义时用于第一人称

表示情态意义如命令 请求 警告 承诺时 可以用于其他人称

如 You shall regret it if you do not work hard when you are young.
如果年轻时不努力 你会后悔的（警告）

He shall get that car from me if he wins the bet.
他和我打赌赢了的话 就可以得到我那辆车（承诺）
