Run a syetem diadnostic utility supplied by your hardware manufa cturer.
In particular, run amemory Check.and check for faulty or mismat ched memory.
Tyu changing video adapters.
Disable or remore any newly installed.hardware and drivers.Disable or remove any newly installed softare.If you need to use safe mode to.yestart your computer,press F8 to select Advanced startup options,and then selest safe Mode.

以前我扫描仪时不会的,就昨晚我开机状态下把机箱盖开了,是不是这也有影响的啊,
如果只是扫描时才出现这个问题，那可能就是病毒问题。你下次扫描的时候看看杀毒然间扫描到哪个文件夹的时候电脑会蓝屏，然后重启之后找到那个文件夹或者文件，单独扫描一下，要是继续蓝屏，哪就说明这个文件夹有问题，先删除，要是删除不了就用文件粉碎机粉碎。最好是连文件夹一起删除，因为又的时候系统不会显示隐藏文件。我的电脑又一次就是这样，扫描的CS的文件夹就蓝屏，后来把那个文件夹全粉碎了，扫描之后就没出现过问题
