会声会影无法安装是怎么回事儿~(安装过程中出现错误，貌似不是软件本身的问题)

在点了SETUP要安装后，就出现了名为【VideoSrudio】的对话框，上面的内容是：The installation of Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable SP1 Package (x86) appears to have failed.Do you want to continue the installation?
然后选择是【是】与【否】
我选择了【是】
安装了一会后又出现了名为【VideoSrudio】的对话框，不过下面只有个【确定】让我点，内容是：
Error 1719.Windows Installer service could not be accessed.Contact your support personnel to verify that it is properly refistered and enabled
