英语超难问题

中文里有一些数词与动词、形容词搭配的词，如“三好学生”“他做人有四做四不做”等，怎样译成英语呢？难道是“Three good student”吗？要加复数吗？

三好学生的译法现在一般有两种，一种直译，一种意译。
直译的话，是 three-good student，three和good之间用短横线连接，这种译法已经被一般媒体所接受；
意译的话，一般译成 top（best） student in three fields（aspects）等等；
至于“他做人有四做四不做”，直译的话不make sense，要用意译
