But in most case, i can deal with them smoothly and without pity. few years ago, a delicate eye operation has to be done on a little girl whose parents had divorced for many years, and the only relative she has at hand is her 70years old grandma. the operation is filled with life risks. To tell the truth in detail to the old lady was my obligation. But when the time came for me to put it directly to the woman, I hesitated. ..... Life is full of corss roads and dilemmas.
