问个英文词组！

我昨天在上课的时候在书上看到一个词组，我忘了怎么些，但它的大致意思是既能承受逆境，又能享受困境，好事坏事都能接受！这是一种豁达的精神，第一个词语貌似是TAKE什么的！
大家帮我想想吧！
差不多由5到6单词组成的！
不是这个！
我说过至少5到6个单词！
能接受逆境，也能接受顺境，能享受顺境，也能摆脱逆境，好事坏事都能接受！
