A college or university definitely needs policy and procedures to regulate the internet use. Students tend to abuse the internet use. Some do illegal things while others download music,videos and all these have adversly affected their studies.The reputaion of the school will be affected too. Moreover, students might get addicted to the internet and this is problematic.Therefore, proper regulation and rules for internet use is essential for both colleges and universities.
