[摘要]海峡西岸经济区是以福建为主体、涵盖周边区域、对应台湾海峡的经济区，随其战略构想的启动和推进，无疑将加速福建的繁荣与发展，推进福建与长三角、珠三角的区域协作，并产生和发挥重大的经济社会效应。然而海峡西岸经济区的建设尤其是作为吸引投资的重要因素的基础设施建设的任务十分繁重，面临众多的困难和挑战。本文通过对海西经济区基础设施建设现状以及问题的探究，意在探讨相应地构建现代化经济区基础设施体系的策略。
