对这类设备只要找出主要的技术难点，解决关键技术问题，进行维修改造，就能以最小的投资盘活最大的存量资产，争取到最大的经济效益和社会效益。尤其对于大型机床和特种机床，节省的费用更为可观。这是一个极大的改造市场。

With more and more broad application of numerical control machine tool,people know much about numerical control technology . The familiar malfunction can be removed easily.But it is not so easy to solve the malfunction which has no alarm. The malfunctions with no alarm and the methods to solve them have been described in this paper. Here also sum up some familiar malfunctions and the methods to solve them.
The products made by most of the tradition machine tool or the ones which are 10 years old may have some shortcomings such as the bad quality,the rarely variety the high cost and so on . Many people attach importance to the equipment , the apparatus,the product line , but ignore the essentiality of the software,the technics and the management , which made the project half-baked,some equipment even can not be turnd on ; some products made by the product line have good market,but the situation of the payoff is still not good ,which has many kinds of reasons.
