hopes 改为 wishes
hopes后边不可以接间接宾语，可以是hope to do sth，wish可以接间接宾语，wish sb to do sth

“He hopes that his son go to college.”

"He hopes his son to go to college" 把hopes改为wishes 因为 hope不能接这种行式

He hopes that his son would go to college
