这两句话对吗？如果不对，为什么？

时态不对，前半部分都是过去时，建议改为

The man (who) came this morning is his father.
The man (who) came here yesterday will give us a talk.

其实who是可是省掉的，现在英国人自己都不抠语法了。

The man came this morning is his father.
The man came here yesterday will give us a talk. 因为两个句子都是过去时态，所以用动词的过去式。

The man coming there this morning was his father.
The man coming here yesterday will give us a talk.
补充一下，一楼的不对，一个句子怎么可能有两个谓语动词呢，又没有从句！

说话时间应该在凌晨，意思是：今天早上要来的那个男人是他老爸

这是错的，coming改成came
