在此基础上,本文结合劳动合同法的其他条款提出企业为预防核心员工流失应对培训服务协议、保密和竞业禁止协议以及无固定期限劳动合同,并据此提出了企业在人力资源管理上的注意点以及企业文化方面的加强。
