1、 金属探测仪的操作由专人负责。
2、 每天使用前必须检查以下项目：

7、 每次对金属探测仪进行校正或检测产品不通过时，操作人员必须如实作好记录。
8、 金属探测仪在使用进探测头上不能入置任何东西。
9、 每次使用完毕后，操作人员应对输送带进行日常保养，以保持清洁卫生。
注意事项：
① 为确保机器正常工作和安全，未经许可不得擅自拆开机箱。
② 传送带的启动和停止控制采用一个按钮开关控制。
③ 不得敲打、碰撞机器，不得随意移动机器，如确实需要移动时，先将机器的四个撑脚收起，再慢慢推动，以防强力震动。影响机器参数变化造成故障。
④ 探测头口径内不能有大件金属，否则将会扰乱机器电磁平衡状态，影响机器正常工作。
⑤ 机箱上面不能放置任何东西。
⑥ 每天工作完毕后应关闭电源。
⑦ 经常用干布擦洗输送带，当输送带受金属污染时将导致仪器发生误判。
⑧ 定期检查输送带是否跑偏，如果有跑偏应及时调整，可通过输送带的调节螺栓来调节。否则将可能使仪器误判，也将影响皮带的使用寿命。
⑨ 禁止用水冲洗仪器箱。
⑩ 机架轴承、电机轴承应定期加油。
