摘要：传统的企业与供应商的关系只是一种纯粹的交易关系，甚至是压榨关系，而非战略合作伙伴关系。随着经济的发展，这种传统的关系受到了挑战，越来越多的企业意识到前向一体化已成为企业获取利润，增强竞争力的新的战略开发领域。于是开始寻找一种有效的实施供应商开发与管理的方法。本文分析了当前企业供应商开发与管理中存在的问题，并提出了一套行之有效的方法--对供应商进行分层次、差异化管理。希望该方法对企业能有一定的借鉴和指导作用。

Enterprise development and management providers an effective way to study
Abstract: The traditional enterprises and the relationship between suppliers is only a purely trading relationship, and even press relations, rather than strategic cooperative partnership. With economic development, the traditional relations of such a challenge, more and more enterprises realize that prior to integration has become a corporate profits and enhance the competitiveness of the new strategic development areas. So start looking for an effective implementation of supplier development and management methods. This paper analyzed the current business supplier development and management of the existing problems and proposed a set of effective methods - the providers at different levels, the difference of management. Hope that the method for enterprises to have a reference and guide.
