“What books do you like to reading about”有to就不能加ing，

read about 是 阅读以后得知 的意思 一般用来读新闻，信息之类的

同义句：what kind of books do you like to read?
or what books do you like to read？

这里like 是动词， like to do / like doing 都是可以的。但是这里like 后面接了to 那这里to 就是不定式的标志，所以后面的reading 就不对了

另外 read about 是 阅读以后得知 的意思
在这里意义上 用read 会好一些。

就对了.

Which book you like to read about?

哪有to reading about..
这里to应该不做介词.
