小学英语短文带问题

我自己临时编的故事，并写了几个问题，希望有点用，你可以稍微改一下，文章很容易懂，
yesterday,lucy went to the supermarket. she had a meaningful experience.when she mother told her to buy some salt and she went there happily. However,when she went to the place where sold the salt, she found there was not any salt at all,so she found the manager and told him why there was not salt at a so big supermarket which was a total error for them. Then the manager was very surprised and he found the worker who is responsible to buy things for the supermarket. Obiviously, the worker forgot to write the salt on the paper where regord the commodities which were in need of. then the manager praised lucy. even though she didnot buy the salt in that supermarket ,she was very happy, because she did a right thing.
