本文对东莞市公共交通系统的现状和存在的问题进行分析，并做出评价，提出可行的改革措施。
措施有：新开公共交通路线和建立公共交通车专用车道，加大城市公共交通的投入，建立低票价的补贴机制，建立快速公共交通系统和开通毗邻镇公共汽车互通路线。
