现代企业竞争的实质是人才的竞争,企业再造过程中,如何整合再造企业内部的人力资源是企业所要解决的首要课题。企业再造是否真正成功在很大程度上取决于能否有效地整合双方的人力资源。企业再造有两种形式:外部并购和内部业务流程重组,通过实例研究再造后企业内部人力资源的管理,包括人员匹配、员工激励、建设团队、完善企业文化等,最终达到人力资源整体优化,实现柔性化管理的过程。

Abstract:
The modern enterprise competition essence is talented person's competition, in the enterprise restoration process, how are the conformity restoration enterprise internal human resources the most important topic which the enterprise needs to solve. The enterprise is born again whether the true success is decided to a great extent by whether effectively the conformity both sides human resources. The enterprise restoration has two forms: Exterior merger and acquisition and internal service flow reorganization, after the example research restoration the enterprise interior human resources management, matches, the staff including the personnel drove, the construction team, the consummation enterprise culture and so on, finally achieved the human resources whole optimizes, realization flexibility management process.
