any more 和 any longer各是什么意思

any more用于短暂性动词，而any longer用于延续性动词。

　　not... any more 和 not... any longer 翻译成汉语都是“不再……”；不过唯一的区别就是：not... any more 强调“动作上”的不再（存在或发生），

　　而 not... any longer 则强调“时间上”的不再（存在或发生），这才是两者的根本区别

　　not any more 是指“不再……”，但其实以后还会再做的，eg:如果你和你的好朋友吵架了，你一时生气，说我再也不理他了，"I won't talk to him any more."但其实你只是一时生气，不是真的不再理他了，过几天或许就和好如初了。

　　not any longer是指“再也不……”，而且以后也不会再做的。eg:如果你说"I won't talk to him any longer"，那就表示你再也不会理他了，你们绝交了

　　no longer 副词短语，意思是“不再（是），（以前是而）现在不是”。与not...any longer 同义。注意它们在用法上的不同。如：

　　He no longer lives here.

　　he doess not live here any longer. 他已不在这里住了。

　　这一组短语与另一组短语no more 和not ...any more 的意思和用法也是相同的。如：

　　The man went out 5 minutes before and was seen no more. 那个人五分钟前出去，再也看不到他了。

　　The old man does not trarel any more. 这老人已不再旅行了。
