[Option I] (In case of a lump-sum payment)

If the Licensor fails to deliver the Technical Documentation in time as stipulated in Annex 2 to the Contract and Article 9.5 above, Licensor shall pay penalty to Licensee for late delivery of the Technical Documentation at the following rates:

(1) ____ % (______ percent) of the total contract fee for each week of late delivery from the first week to the fourth week;

(2) ____ % (______ percent) of the total contract fee for each week of late delivery from the fifth week to the eighth week;

9.8如果提供可观的部分许可人的技术文档-体是延误超过6 （ 6 ）个月，持牌人应有权终止合约，在按照第14条第（ 1 ）。在此类终止许可应返回持牌人的总金额，其中持牌人已支付的加____ ％的利息，每半年就此和支付违约赔偿金金额为__________ （说_____) （货币） 。
