For me,a good school should meet the following requirements.
1.Teachers should have rich experience,knowledge and high passion for teaching,they need take care of students as their chirldrens or friends,since they play a most important role for students,only the school with teachers who love their students and know how to help them can be a good school.

2.A good school also should have enough public facility and good environment for the diversified needs of students and teachers.
With enough public facility,students can live more happy and learn more in practice, not only from the books.And for teachers,they can enjoy their life more comfortablely and teach students more effectivly.

Good enviroment here not only means natural factor,such as trees,flowers and fresh air,it also refer to the culture enviroment,people in this school should like a union,they have much teamwork and communication,they study together,live together and improve themself togethe
