随着我国市场经济体制的建立，我国的中小企业迅速成长，其在经济发展中的作用己经广泛地为人们所认同。但与此同时中小企业的发展也存在着很多问题，其中融资难就是一个十分突出的问题。中小企业融资问题是世界性难题，只是这一矛盾在我国表现更加突出。目前，我国政府己经对中小企业融资难问题给予了高度重视，但仍未从根本上解决这一问题。
本文共分为三个部分：一是中小企业及其融资现状的介绍。二是造成中小企业融资难的原因分析。其中包括中小企业自身缺陷、欠发达的金融市场和政府角色定位模糊。三是从完善信用体系、引入第三方信用，开放民间金融、规范私募资本，借鉴国际经验、加大政府支持力度，创新融资模式、拓宽融资渠道，四方面提出了解决中小企业融资难问题的建议。

As the establishment of the market economical system in China, the small and medium enterprises has grown rapidly with its wildly acceptd function in the economical development. On the other hand, there are still many problems in the development of the small and medium enterprises, among which the difficulty of financing is the most prominent. The financing of SMEs is difficult worldwide, but this problem is more prominent in China. At present, our government pays much attention to this tough problem, but doesn't resolve it yet.
This article includes three parts. The first part is the introduction to the present status of financing of SMEs. The second part is the analysis of reasons for the difficulty of financing of SMEs, which includes SMEs' self-deficiency, underdeveloped financial market and unclear localization of government. The third part is the propositions to resolve the problem of financing of SMEs from four aspects, including improving the credit syste
