首次递交移民加拿大申请时的护照问题

我申请的是技术移民，在首次递交申请时（即在未获得初审档案号的第一阶段），我是主申请人（我有护照），我的妻子和孩子尚没有护照，但是在填写申请表时有妻子和孩子的护照信息，请问，是我妻子和孩子必须先取得护照后才能递交这份申请表，还是可以先行递交申请（妻子和孩子的护照信息空着），在获得档案号后再办理妻子和孩子的护照？

答案被采纳的条件是：
1.有实际办理经验
2.指出这个首次递交的申请表的编号
3.提供相关网页加以佐证（或其他书面依据）

为避免误导本人，以上三个条件缺一不可，被采纳的答案本人会再另加100分。

放心吧，绝对没有问题。有护照就填写护照信息，没有就写being applied 或者 to be applied。
