去年8月17号我因为签证到期需要续签，在学校付了295英镑的续签费用，但是我因为签证马上就要到期了，我在第二天和我的另外一位同学一起去邮局汇出了295英镑，然后我又去学校取回了我交出的那295英镑（给我的是支票）。之后大约1个月左右，我去银行申请到了我的银行卡，然后想把那张支票存进去，发现我的支票没有了，后来在我洗的衣服里面发现了那张洗烂了的支票。然后在大约半年的时间里面我多次去financial department沟通未果。
问题补充：不要GOOGLE在线翻译的!!!!英国人办事效率好差...我朋友催了好多次,一直都拖,现在他毕业回国了..他们还没有给,我只好找中国学生的协调人帮他搞.但是中国学生的协调人让我写一个委托,我是来打工的,这些英语的东西不是很懂,只好求大家帮帮忙.

17th Auguest last year my visa was due to expire, and needed renewing, so I paid 295 Pounds application fee to my shcool. However because my visa was nearly expiring, I went to the postoffice with another classmate, and sent a 295 Pound draft, then came back to get a refund of the first 295 Pounds payment (in cheque) from shcool. Approximately one month later, I applied for my bank card, and realised that I've lost the cheque when I tried to deposit it, and later found the washed off cheques in the pocket of my laundry. Within the next half a year I communicated a number times with the financial department in vain.
