I make an analysis report regarding the small and medium-sized private enterprises' performance management in the Suzhou area.There is one impressive example I want to mention here,the state of Pu's crab company of limited liability in Suzhou is my concentration and point of view in my papers to obtain it's situation on the performance management.Based on the study results concerned,I shed light on the the strengths and limitations in this field and give some appropriate and rational suggestions to resolve the problems.
