摘要：以计算机技术、互联网技术、通讯技术为代表的新经济蓬勃发展，产生了网络经济时代。新经济对传统经济的各方面提出了强烈的变革要求。会计作为管理的一个组成部分，随着经济时代的变迁必然会有所发展，网络经济催生了网络会计。本文通过对网络会计在发展中所存在的会计信息的安全性、信息传递的安全性、计算机硬件的安全性几大问题的阐述，结合会计基本理论，提出相应的解决问题的对策思考。
