the one 和that 的区别

还有the ones和those的区别
比如:Is that lab in your school ___ the foreigners visted yesterday?
为什么不能用that只能用the one?是定语从句啊?

这个题的确是定语从句
先行词是lab实验室
如果用that的话，先行词就成了 school
所以添上the one来代替前面提到的lab
完整点儿就是is that lab in your school the one that the foreigners visited yesterday
