摘要：本文以美、日、荷三个发达国家物流业发展为借鉴，结合中国物流业发展现状，并从中找出中国物流业存在问题，进而得出一些启示，以建立适合我国物流发展的政策与战略，推进我国物流业的发展。

This essay bases on the development of logistics industry in Unit States , Japan and Netherlands, combines with the current situation of logistics industry in China, in order to find out the exited problem in Chinese logistics industry. Form which we can get some inspirations to develop some policy and stratagems to meet the need of our country's logistics industry development.
