摘 要
随着的经济日益发展，人们的生活水平逐渐的提高，就餐对于人们来说已经不仅是吃饭那么简单了。由于去餐厅就餐的人数的增加，餐厅的功能也逐渐由单一走向多元。现在餐厅之间竞争也已经不是单纯的厨师和菜肴之间的比拼，就餐环境已经成为人们选择餐厅的一个重要指标。 所以一些特色鲜明的主题餐厅便应运而生，而且越来越受到人们的喜爱。从室内设计方面来说，主题餐厅给人深刻印象的除了它们的气氛、装饰、格调、环境以外，还注意到餐厅一些基础设施的应用。与一般的餐厅相比，主题餐厅的内部设置更加合理化，人性化。此次毕业设计的主题我选择的是阳春三月，就是以江南三月的景色和三月给人的感觉为主要原素进行设计的。其中主要考虑了该餐厅的商业流程和空间设计，从而达到设计与实际的商业需要相融合的主题餐厅。
