My favorite food is my mother decoct food ,Because my mother is a chef previous to three year.At present,my mother is a housewife.I go to home have my mother cook food every month.
我想表达的意思是"我最喜欢我妈妈做的食物,因为我妈在三年前是个厨师,现在,她是个家庭主妇,我每个月回家都会吃到我妈做的食物."

最后一句有语法问题，一个句子不能有两个谓语

My mother was a chef 3 years ago ,so she's really good at cooking.I love all the food she cooks .And Now she is a housewife .I can enjoy those delicious food each month when I am back home .

I like my mom's(mother's) home-cooking (the) best because my mom used to be a chef three years ago. Now, she's a housewife. Every month, I can go home and enjoy her delicious food.
