didn't 表示否定，没有。语气强烈些。
那句话表示我强烈想让你再重复一次。
couldn't 是不能的意思。
可以解释为我没记下来。
但是英语翻译不能这样直白的说。
我不能抓住你，就是没理解你的意思，或者无法跟上你的思维。

表示过去没有听清 所以用didn't
