In recent years, China's achivements in E-Government development should be affirmed,in which some fields have been closed to or reached advanced levels internationally. However, China's E-Government at present is still lying on a initial stage, especially problems taking on the construction of legal system, due to the disequilibrium in economic and social development as well as infrastructural weakness in many aspects.
In allusion to China's weakness reality of E-Government legal system construction, the article firstly presents the status quo of its construction of China's E-Government construction, then puts forward issues existing in China by comparing with developed countries like the US and the EU, which are advanced in legal system construction of E-Government. Finally, the article tables proposals toward the improvement of China's legal system construction of E-Government.
