The contract and the documents referenced in paragraph 2 of this contract constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all previous communications,representations or agreements,whether oral or written,between the parties with respect to said subject matter.No modification will be binding upon either party unless it is made in writing and is signed by duly authorized representatives of both parties.
