UC知道英国留学，奇怪，拿到了纽卡大学的奖学金，可是offer怎么还没来

奇怪了，奖学金怎么可能比offer先来呢，我拿的那张 奖学金上写的如下：
am delighted to be able to inform you that we have decided to offer you a place to study at the university to read for the above degree in the school of civil engineering geosciences, our offer is given below and the offcial nitification will be seant to you by ucas
my colleagues and i were most impressed by your ucas application. am therefore pleased to inform you that we would like to offer you the following scholarships;

plus
ceg school shoclarship
不知道是怎么回事，怎么能没给offer就先给我奖学金了，是不是意味着offer一会就来啊？？？请大侠帮忙
不好意思，我本人在英国，后来我联系这学校说，他们非常想收我，可是由于电脑问题在最后一周的extra阶段他们不能向ucas发送任何descition,所以我怀疑他们是不是要发我offer不走ucas,还是 再learance阶段再发我，，，，，大家帮帮忙，分数追加

那只是告诉你能有什么奖学金可以给你申请，让你看一下要不要申请。而不是说给你奖学金。一般来说都没什么奖学金给中国学生，偶尔有些几百镑的罢了。尤其你申请的是个本科……
一般都是email先通知说录取，然后正式的offer是ucas统一发的。但ucas给的其实是conditional的offer，uncon的是大学给的。
晕死，你这样的话怎么选firm和insurance。“电脑有问题”还真够有问题，是哪个学校
你等等吧！这个offer一般都是平邮过来20天左右。
你如果着急发信给招生办公室，让他们先发个电子版的offer过来。
这个不一定的,如果你不在这个学校上学,或者你不被录取,奖学金也就相当于作废了.
