1、校园招聘
每年年底与次年年初，根据公司人力状况及业绩预期，负责组织各事业部参加武汉、西安、合肥、成都、南京、杭州等地的校园招聘活动，与中华英才网等专业校园招聘供应商，以及主要高校就业办有着长期稳定的合作关系。
2、招聘系统E化。
平均每年有近万人来公司面试，为了保证面试流程的顺畅，主导建立I-Recruiting系统，并负责维护更新工作。
3、校企合作交流。
与数家高校建立了良好的校企合作关系（提供奖学金、校企互派员工授课、企业设备赠与、提供实习机会等），并从制度上将这种关系固化。在为公司提供人力保障、提高员工理论水平的同时，也促进了高校的就业工作，帮助高校部分实现了教学实验设备的现代化，达成了企业、高校、学生的三方共赢。
4、筹建工程技术培训中心。
根据公司营运策略与人力需求，组织协调用人部门、设备供应商及人力资源部门三方，成立工程技术培训中心，对一部分新进工程师进行滚动式脱产培训，为生产工程部门的用人提供有力保障。
5、组织实施并跟踪公司基层干部队伍的建设。
推行“XX计划”，从公司各部门遴选优秀员工（中国籍员工为主），分梯次培训、长期跟踪，并在职业发展与薪酬福利上予以适度倾斜，旨在建立一支可靠、稳定、专业的干部队伍，保障公司的永续经营。
