随着计算机技术的飞速发展，计算机在企业管理中应用的普及，利用计算机实现企业人事履历管理势在必行。现在社会经济的快速发展,企业正向着大型化，规模化发展，而对于大中小企业，员工，职称等跟人事管理有关的信息也随之加剧增加。在这样的情况下再靠人工来处理这些信息就显得有些困难，而且非常容易出错。因此我们根据这些需要将设计一个应用于企业的人事管理系统，由计算机来代替人工完成一系列的工作，诸如员工基本信息，信息修改，查询等操作。这样就使办公人员可以轻松快捷地完成人事管理任务。
本系统从符合操作简便、界面友好、灵活、实用、安全的要求出发，完成人事管理的全过程。系统包括管理员用户权限和普通员工的权限。普通员工登录后可以操作，员工信息,履历查询,情报统计输出,密码修改这四个模块。新员工加入时会填写相应的基本信息、业务履历、资格证书、技术级别。员工对这四方面的具有修改,增加,修改,删除的操作权限。
这样的设计减少了管理员的工作量，员工自己填写好了资料，管理员的任务就是去判断这些资料的真实性，如果属实，则管理员承认员工的资料。承认后的资料才生效。
管理员登陆后可以操作，员工信息,履历查询,情报统计输出,履历承认,密码修改这五个模块。管理员的履历承认模块对用户加入时候，输入的基本信息、业务履历、资格证书、技术级别这四个信息具有承认作用。这些资料被管理员承认后才生效。
本系统采用了流行的J2EE企业级开发，服务器采用Tomcat,数据库采用了Mysql数据库，开发平台采用了强大Eclipse。
经过实际使用证明，本系统可以满足小型公司人事管理方面的需要。通过使用人事履历管理系统，使企业的人事履历管理系统化、规范化、自动化、从而达到提高企业管理效率的目的。
