副轴组件加工工艺规程及关键工序夹具设计

摘 要

随着高精度硬齿面齿轮的应用越来越广泛,齿轮的精加工目前在国内是一个急需解决的难题。较好的齿轮加工工艺规程及专用夹具都很大提高齿轮的精度,因此完善并优化齿轮加工工艺规程,设计专用夹具很有必要。本文主要论述了副轴组大轮和副轴组件加工工艺规程制定,滚齿加工工序的专用夹具设计及强力珩齿的专用夹具设计。
齿轮的加工分齿坯加工和齿形加工。齿坯加工包括各圆柱表面及端面的加工。按照先加工基准面及先粗后精的原则,并根据现有公司的生产能力,制定了零件的加工工艺规程。然后根据学校老师与浙江双环齿轮公司协商安排我做大轮滚齿加工工序的专用夹具和强力珩齿工序的专用夹具。
使用夹具安装工件时,首先要使工件在夹具中占有正确的位置,既工件的定位.通过工件的定位,使得每一个被加工的工件重复放置到夹具中都能准确占据由定位元件的同一个位置,对一批工件来说,每个放置到夹具中都能占据同一位置.
本滚齿夹具的设计主要以心轴和一端面对齿轮进行定位。这种定位方法避免了基准不重合误差,而且夹具心轴与零件内孔都经过精加工,因此大大提高了齿轮的加工精度。而设计的强力珩齿专用夹具用常用的两端顶尖定位,为了提高生产效率,降低劳动强度,采用气压系统提供动力夹紧工件,从而充分发挥机床的性能。
