第一,for overtime cost（就是我日常加班工资的意思）, 正常工作的两天ot 是双薪 还是 1.5倍cost，由于我已经在这工作了很长时间more than half a year， 能不能从上个月开始实行新的工资标准。
第二,由于我没有固定的合同,所以不能上国家规定的劳动法类合同，按照相关部门制定的law,我可以自己去上这些保障（三险一金）,所以 我希望能不能将我现在的日工资提高20 rmb，这些钱正好可以用来自己去上这些保障。
