我帮老外在国内找厂家，我不从厂家拿提成，光从老外那边拿提成

现在老外需要把佣金打给我，但老外那边需要把我的佣金费用作为商业费用的一部分来抵税，我这边该开立什么帐户，如何处理？谢谢！
