我玩CS1.6在桌面上建立了一个快捷图标，后经常用这个捷方法进入游戏出现蓝屏，还有很多白色英文字母。

是否因为软件的不兼容造成的
我的已经重装过系统了,桌面快捷图标不能玩,但是进安装文件夹里面的那个图标可以玩,没有任何问题,我的内存只有一根金士顿的。我没有超过频。重做过系统，之前也有这情况。内存为1G。
我重新做过系统了
快捷还是可以用的。只是会出现蓝屏。各位答案都可以我怎么给分了
