收到你方7月6日邮件中报价：每箱罐头梨（Pears）12美元，12听/纸箱。很遗憾通知你方，我们的客户认为价格偏高。
客户欲定购6集装箱（每集装箱1,700纸箱），这是一笔相当大的订单，我们认为这值得你方考虑让步。为促进贸易我方还盘如下：
中国产罐头梨，2008年产，每听净重820克，每纸箱12听，每纸箱10美元，FOB青岛价。
由于近来市场下跌，建议你方早日作出决定。

In reply, we regret to inform you that our customers in Canada find your price rather on the high side.
Our customers would like to order 6 containers of 1,700 cartons each, which is a big deal. To step up the trade, we counter-offer as follows:
