笔者认为,恰当的股利政策不仅可以树立上市公司的良好形象，而且能激发广大投资者对上市公司持续投资的热情，从而能使上市公司获得长期、稳定的发展条件和机会。文章首先对上市公司股利分配政策做了一个基本的概述,初步地了解了上市公司股利分配理论以及上市公司股利分配政策种类,然后根据我国上市公司股利分配政策的现状对我国股利分配政策存在的问题进行分析,在文章的最后谈到国外上市公司股利政策给予我们的启示,并提出了完善我国上市公司股利政策的措施。
